Please fill out the applicable information in the new client survey to give me general information that will be helpful for your consult. I will contact you for an introductory phone call and  to schedule your consult.

During your consult

 The scope of your project will be reviewed . This is a time to review your project goals and to discuss how much or how little you'd like me to help guide you through your project. An estimate for my customized design consult  services discussed will be emailed to you within three business days. Upon accepting an estimate, a contract with payment terms will be provided.

Level 1 Design Package includes:

 Note: Average cost starts at $500. The total will vary  based on the size and scope of your kitchen project

• 3-D colored rendering drawings in a  slide presentation with notes and idea board representing the initial design

• Follow up remote meeting to discuss the design

• One revision with any changes discussed at the design  plan review meeting

• A dimensioned plan with revisions will be provided 

NOTE: The presentation and floor plans will be emailed in PDF format. 1/2 Scaled plans are available upon request.

 

This Level 1 package is geared toward giving you the information that you need to shop for your suppliers and contractors with a design established,  with the goal of making the process easier for you!

 Note: All post consult design packages  include preliminary plans and designs for planning purposes only. All plans must be site verified and measured by the end contractor and / or suppliers hired directly by the client..
